I’m Oliver.

 

Welcome! Thank you for being here!

Most people don’t know this, but after 20 years of career in multinational companies, managing teams and being part of Executive Committees, I made a choice in my life when I discovered Coaching. Coaching is not magic, but it has its power of helping us to achieve our objectives. 

I am Executive Coach and I help individuals, teams, and organizations. Who knows me well, knows that I like to help others, and that it’s one of the things that most energy brings me.

I was born in Tenerife 43 years ago, and I am the lucky father of the best 3 people in the world 

My life story is a “normal one”, with humble & hard work origins. The 2 main ingredients that defines me as a person are: high doses of resilience and the values my parents transmitted to me daily. Unfortunately, my father is not anymore with us, but he continues being my guide (I miss you a lot!!!!)

Professionally?

I have always been passionate about Marketing, Management and People. And that’s what summarize my professional experience:

  • 17 years in Danone.
  • 10 years as Marketing Director & Executive Teams Member. 
  • 1 year as Marketing Director in Telecommunications Sector.
  • In 2018 I founded Wethinklead (Strategy, Marketing & Business consulting).
  • Since 2019 I’m teacher in several Executive Programs.
  • Since 2019, I’m Executive Coach

 

And it was my passion for people and my Discovery of Coaching in 2017, what makes that I started a new journey as Coach. I am passionate about Coaching, because it joins several things that are part of my DNA: helping others, active listening & focus on making the things happen. 

Now I am certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), activity that I share with 2 others: teacher in business schools and consultant/facilitator in FMCG companies.

My experience in multinational’s worlds together with Coaching, are a powerful combination.
